Policy:

Oshio Collegeof Acupuncture and Herbology  iscommitted to providing a safe environment for students, instructors andemployees.  Oshio College makes everyeffort to ensuring all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and anyrequired safety devices are in working order. Any concerns or issues must be reported to the Principal.

 

Procedure:

If any machinery/equipment is found to be damaged,broken, or otherwise unsafe for use, the person who notices this must tell oremail the On Site Administrator (OA). The OA will then write a note to thePrincipal, informing him of the situation, and making a recommendation.

The Principal and /or the OA will immediately takesteps to have the damaged/broken item repaired or replaced.
